During the past two years, Ms.Ashlee has been an assistant teacher in the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP).

Ms. Ashlee works closely with the lead teacher, assistant and family support specialist. Collaboration and coordination with the other staff is essential to ensure aligned practices. She assists the lead teacher in supporting students with appropriate learning opportunities and managing assessments to inform instruction.

Ms. Ashlee also participates in program and district professional development by note taking the details from the Trauma Informed Leadership Team, of which she often takes the initiative to create the presentations used for ongoing social emotional training for her constituents, and has frequently taken on the role of presenting said findings following her own training and research to the rest of the ECEAP program. She constantly seeks opportunities to improve her practice. Ms. Ashlee is an educator who collaborates with colleagues to plan for the success of each student. She is a thoughtful and focused individual who strives to create a productive environment based on need and progress.

It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Ashlee as she seeks opportunities to continue her professional growth.

As a former property manager, and current Chief Administrator for JNE Aircraft, it brings me great pleasure to recommend Mrs. Ashlee for any position that requires attention to detail, client interaction, or a can-do attitude.

Being close to her family, I have watched her grow up and mature into the kind, loving, highly motivated, enthusiastic young woman she is today. Despite experiencing challenging trials throughout her young life, Ashlee consistently rose above the turmoil and maintained a positive outlook as she worked her way through the chaos.

Ashlee has had experience in a variety of jobs through the years, both for compensation and simply to “help out” when needed. She has proven herself to be most reliable and truly willing to learn in order to become even more helpful. She embodies the definition of a “team player” and has never failed to pull her own weight (and then some) when a task needed to be completed.

Ashlee has had ample opportunities to learn to interact with people from all backgrounds throughout the course of her life. She is the eldest of five children, has numerous cousins and many young, neighborhood friends whom she interacted with. (She was a wonderfully competent and highly desirable babysitter during her teen-age years.)

She has the uncanny ability to recognize when frustration or disappointment may be brewing, and has learned how to redirect the focus in order to divert that energy into constructive outlets before any conflict breaks out.

Knowing that it has been Ashlee’s desire to become a successful entrepreneur , I am delighted to learn that she is finally working toward obtaining her own business. I am equally delighted that she has begun to take the steps necessary in order to further her experience with more exposure to a vast array of fields.

Ashlee is eager to learn and comes with a heart dedicated to making things better in whatever way she can. I believe that you will find Ashlee to be a valuable asset to any client, or project she may be assigned to.

It is my distinct pleasure to recommend Ashlee, for any opportunities for which she may be considered. I only had the chance to teach Ashlee for one year, in 9th Grade Science, and I mostly lost track of her after that year. Then a few years ago we became friends on social media. I was immediately struck by her determination and dedication to pursuing a career in education.  

Ashlee does not shy away from hard work. When she has a task to accomplish, she buckles down and gets it done. She is also a realist who recognizes if she is in a situation where she doesn’t have enough background knowledge. Rather than trying to bluff her way through, she will figure out what she needs and make sure that she gets it. She is very good at seeking appropriate help when she needs it.  

Ashlee is a very determined young woman with definite, realistic goals for herself. She has a strong interest in a successful career, and I have no doubt that she can be very successful in anything she sets her mind to.
