I’m from the Washington PNW, I studied at Western Governors University in Educational Studies, with heavy emphasis in research and lesson planning – my area of expertise largely centers around effective communication, writing methods, and social emotional development, and as stated – research.

In addition, I worked in the Early Childhood Education Assistance Program for two years with persons of various socioeconomic backgrounds. During this period with ECEAP, myself & other members of the Early Childhood Program formed the Trauma Informed Leadership Team in order to help the continuing education of all educators within our area’s program. My role in this was to manage the project creation of and present our findings.

After my role in education, I transitioned to a temporary position, before I took a job with ATI Physical Therapy as a Patient Service Specialist; focusing on the scheduling of patients, creation of patient forms, and working closely with the therapists to provide care. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic however, this position came to an unexpected halt. Shortly thereafter, I found myself at RET Physical Therapy working in a similar role as an Office Manager and Care Coordinator, with all of the duties as my previous role with ATI – and it served as a significant increase in responsibilities from the position I’d previously held. Duties included Medical Records Management, increases in the volume of verification of insurance and authorization requests, general administrator duties as needed by the Clinic Director, and quickly evolved into the Financial Clearance role I now hold serving the needs of all clinic locations for Peak Physical Therapy.

The roles I have held up to this point put me in a position where I have learned to be highly adaptable, diligent, organized, preemptive, and efficient with a keen attention to detail. I strive to create a communicative relationship with those I work with by creating trust through dependability, and a constant state of learning. I have experience and plenty of transferable skills at my disposal that will allow me to take on any client or project and be successful at producing results.
